I purchased my second used car. Jon Arrowood assisted me. Jon Arrowood was personable, helpful, and “down to earth”. I felt comfortable being around him and felt like he was being honest with me. Our visit to Paramount Hyundai Hickory and Chad Woods We were recently put in a position that we had to purchase another vehicle. We stopped by Paramount Hyundai Hickory to check out their vehicles. Chad We were recently put in a position that we had to purchase another vehicle. We stopped by Paramount Hyundai Hickory to check out their vehicles. Chad Woods, one of their salespeople came out to assist us. He was very kind, patient, informative and easy going as we tried out some of their cars. He even hung on as I gave the vehicles the peddle to see if it had the giddy-up I liked in a vehicle. Chad made our search for a new vehicle very easy and less stressful. The whole team made our experience easy and we were able to take home our vehicle that night. They even stayed late to help us get all the paperwork done so we did not have to make a special trip back the next day. We are enjoying driving our 2018 Tuscon. Thanks Chad Woods, I will recommend you to others that are looking for a new car! More

Enjoyable experience and effortless! Chad Woods made purchasing my car effortless. An interesting shopping experience! The car/model/color wasn't available at the dealership but one was found over 300 miles away. It arrived within a day (on a Saturday), was prepped an The car/model/color wasn't available at the dealership but one was found over 300 miles away. It arrived within a day (on a Saturday), was prepped and made ready for my purchase by Monday. The dealership picked me up (I live an hour away) and I drove home happy in my new car. Throughout the process Chad was helpful, communicative and understanding. The staff was friendly during the purchasing process. It is my first Hyundai and after one week of ownership I'm impressed with the vehicle. No complaints. More

Easy awesome deal I came from Easley SC to make a deal about a car. He worked hard to get me a car within my price range and he was very helpful. While I found the right car for my self he then assisted my daughter who was also looking for a car. He went above and beyond to assist us.. I did not feel pushed or pressured. Time was given to make the right decision for the right car. Chad was great, honest and he even followed up to make sure I was still happy with my decision. Thank you so much Chad it was a pleasure meet you and doing business with you.
