horrible service from start to end. I was disappointed with my service advisor, Chad Zastrow, for not informing me that my vehicle was done while I watched it sit there for 15 minutes. He left for the day and I had to check out with someone else, although he said he'd get back to me after 1 minute. I was informed that my car passed all of its checks but my engine light was on as well as my tire pressure light. The oil change tracker was not reset and car was not washed. I went there only once before and regret I even gave them a second chance.
