Thoughtful and Customer Oriented This was our first experience with Rapids Honda. We brought our Honda Odyssey in for an oil change and replacement of TPMS sensors and a couple of oth This was our first experience with Rapids Honda. We brought our Honda Odyssey in for an oil change and replacement of TPMS sensors and a couple of other minor tire repairs. Chad made sure we were taken care of and communicated well during the process. We would recommend this dealer and the service team! More

Mixed Experience I'm not sure what your test driving policy is, but I was offended and noticed that Roger test drove with my husband and I (we are both persons of colo I'm not sure what your test driving policy is, but I was offended and noticed that Roger test drove with my husband and I (we are both persons of color), but no one else test driving had a staff person ride with them. I've test drove at several other dealerships without an escort. I did not like the pressure tactics to get the car protector products and financing options (warranty), etc. I had to repeat several times that I didn't want it.... I was impressed with Chad in Services that replaced a seat panel in the car that I just purchased. He followed up with calls and fixed the issue ASAP. More

We just bought a 2020 Honda CR-V Touring. Our Sales Rep, Ryan Mickelson, was excellent! We traded our 2017 CR-V Ex-L, and with our trade, Ryan was able to give us everything we wanted in our new car at a gr Ryan Mickelson, was excellent!
