Within 3 minutes, literally, we had a phone call from Laura Lo We found that this dealer had a used Honda Ridgeline we wanted and requested a contact. Within 3 minutes, literally, we had a phone call from Laura Long, and then 2 emails from other sales people. They followed up with a video email and said they had pulled the keys so that the car would still be there when we drove 4 hours to get there. Wayne Gomillion was our salesman while there and he knew more about our Honda than some sales people we had worked with from many other dealers. He was thorough, professional, pleasant and efficient. He managed the process of getting our car appraised quickly by Kyle James, the paperwork done, and we bought the Honda! Two weeks later, he called to say the second set of keys had been returned by the previous owner and had them sent to us in 2 days! Incredible follow-up! The dealership was also outstanding. A diverse workforce that helped each other out - which I appreciated - having worked at the UN. While I was doing paperwork, Chan helped my wife run an errand - thank you, sir! Other dealerships could learn a lot by observing this dealership at work. More

Tires were reasonably priced and installed within an hour plus of arrivi This dealership is always awesome in everything they do for their customers. Tires were reasonably priced and installed within an hour plus of arriving at the dealership. The only complaint that I have is my low tire pressure light started flashing after leaving the dealer and continues to do it. Suspect it could be a faulty sensor which is common when having tires replaced. Not sure if the low tire light was on when I left the dealer or I just didn't notice at the time. Requires another trip to the dealership to diagnose. Overall very happy with the personnel in the service department. More
