I do NOT recommend this dealer for service or sales I was told at the time of purchase that this dealership would match the lifetime free oil changes that Ford had given me, now that say they do not do I was told at the time of purchase that this dealership would match the lifetime free oil changes that Ford had given me, now that say they do not do that. I called 5 times and was given a different answer each time as to the cost of service. My car has yet to be washed at the dealership, although it is supposed to be included. I noted that a couple of times they have said they washed the car, and it was CLEARLY not washed. I feel like this dealership will say anything to get you to buy a car, then they will change their policy. More

Recall work, kinda ok Recall work was performed on our 4Runner airbag. The work was a bit sub-par. I had to finish the job and press the interior panels back into place, clean the greasy fingerprints off the dash and was looking forward to the courtesy wash, it didn’t happen. Customer service was on point and our service adviser was kind and courteous. They did try to up sell me on maintenance that had already been performed. More

Tires replacement Went for new tires. Had an appointment and waited over 2.5 hours for completion, tire valve stem caps were missing on three of the four tires. Tires w Went for new tires. Tires were not balanced correctly and made an appointment with Raleigh site on the following Friday night and waited 1.5 hours for service completion. Tires were balanced correctly this time. Everyone that we had contact with were of course very nice and helpful. More
