The experience was awesome When my wife and I arrived at Mike Willis Ford Dealership we were nervous and not sure if we were making a life decision on buying a vehicle that day. When my wife and I arrived at Mike Willis Ford Dealership we were nervous and not sure if we were making a life decision on buying a vehicle that day. Then we met Chan Mayard at the front of the dealership. When we met is was like we new each other for years. We talked about life, family, and our careers. He ask what would we be interested in that day and we were ready for a new vehicle. So we decided on the Ford Explorer. We wanted something mid size and found the one that matched us perfectly with the help of Mr. Chan. So we test drove it and fell in love with. Mr. Chan showed us every feature on the Explorer as if he had been driving one for years. He knew everything about the vehicle and that impressed me very much. Then we sat down and he told us how much the vehicle was and all of the rebates. There was no pressure at all, my wife and I were very relaxed and felt right at home. So I told Mr. Chan that we need to go home so my wife and I could talk about buying the vehicle. We were so impressed with Mr. Chan’s professional and friendliness our mind was made up to buy the vehicle before we arrived home. So I called Mr. Chan and said we will be in first thing the next morning. When we arrived all of the paperwork was ready to sign and the rest is history. P.S.
