Not only did Chan, my salesperson (which is the most energetic and hardworking salesman I have ever dealt with), but Kindal, Heath, and even Mike himself all went out of their way to come and talk to me and visit about the Ford experience and let me know if I ever have any problems with either my truck or any experience at Mike Willis to contact them directly and they will work with me personally to correct the situation, not something you see much anymore!
