I never received an update or courtesy call. Dropped my car off on the 5th for a January 6th appointment initially for a suspension check but needed a serpentine belt and tensioner pully. I informed DePaula 5 weeks ago that my rear hub bolt was broken, the one under recall and they still haven't done anything, I've had it in for service many times over the past year and asked them to perform broken, the one under recall and they still haven't done anything, I've had it in for service many times over the past year and asked them to perform the recall but they tell me they do not have the parts. I dont know but a year seems like a long time to get parts for this. I now have a broken rear hub bolt that ford has recalled and I dont get any reply or help unless I call which I've done NUMEROUS times and I'm told I have to wait for the parts you come in This doesn't seem right. I'm disappointed with DePaula More
