I informed DePaula 5 weeks ago that my rear hub bolt was broken, the one under recall and they still haven't done anything, I've had it in for service many times over the past year and asked them to perform broken, the one under recall and they still haven't done anything, I've had it in for service many times over the past year and asked them to perform the recall but they tell me they do not have the parts. I dont know but a year seems like a long time to get parts for this. I now have a broken rear hub bolt that ford has recalled and I dont get any reply or help unless I call which I've done NUMEROUS times and I'm told I have to wait for the parts you come in This doesn't seem right. I'm disappointed with DePaula More

As a new customer to DePaula Ford, I am amazed at how efficient the process is in the service department. From the convenience of the drive in service, to the prompt attention I received. Chance was gre efficient the process is in the service department. From the convenience of the drive in service, to the prompt attention I received. Chance was great at keeping me updated along the way. Although the waiting area was set up great, allowing me to work virtually, and was spread out making it open and comfortable. Great experience! More

I had a problem with my cruise control, Chase had a tech look at it and fix it quickly, the tech suggested it may be a low voltage issue, Chase gave me a quote, I agreed and the battery was changed promptly look at it and fix it quickly, the tech suggested it may be a low voltage issue, Chase gave me a quote, I agreed and the battery was changed promptly, hopefully solving any problems going forward, great service department More

Incredible disservice to a 30 yr customer Dissatisfied w car bc of SMELL THEY Ford put on the rug of the car it smells so bad that I cannot drive. The car gives me immediate headache. If you had to bring it back to the dealer three times so far, the smell has still not been removed initially when looking at the car, the smell was not there on the day of pick up it was, but no one seems to know why.
