Received Excellent Pre-owned Sales and Service I have purchased two vehicles from the pre-owned department at Capital Toyota in the past two years. Chandler was the sales person on both vehicles. The first was a Sequoia Platinum and the most recent a Lexus GX460. Chandler worked closely with Shawn, the Sales Manager. I felt that I was treated as a valued customer and both were very professional. They both came through with all the commitments they made. All of the sales transfers and documents were handled timely and professionally. I have rarely used a dealer for service. However, I decided to use the pre-owned service department for my Sequoia. I have been extremely pleased with the service that Donnie Thacker and his team has provided. I even had to call Donnie once when I was out of town and he gave me excellent service advice. As you can see I have been very pleased with the sales and service that I have received at the pre-owned department at Capital Toyota of Chattanooga. More

Awesome!!! I began searching the web for a used avalon. I found the car I was interested in but it was all the way in Chattanooga, TN. I live in southwest Ga. I decided to inquire about it, this was late Monday night. First thing Tuesday morning I had an email confirming the car was on the lot and still available. Thanks to the detailed video of the car that Josh sent, Chandler and I came to an agreement early afternoon on Thursday. Chandler was awesome enough to travel 300 miles as soon as the deal was closed to deliver my new car to me and have me sign the papers! I can't express how appreciative I am for that! I am a very busy self employed mom of 2 children, and they made this experience unforgettable! Thank you Chandler, Josh, and Capital Toyota!!! More
