I ended up paying way more for car than I should. More

Great car, shady tactics Dealership is 4 hours away from my home. Negotiated with Chandler over the phone for the "out the door" difference between their vehicle and my trade Dealership is 4 hours away from my home. Negotiated with Chandler over the phone for the "out the door" difference between their vehicle and my trade in. Difference was agreed upon. I made sure that they acknowledged that KY sales tax was included in their calculations. Arrived at dealership after hours (will tip my cap here), test drove the vehicle and started signing paperwork...going smoothly. Until the invoice is shown. I notice the sales tax is actually NOT included. So, now I'm 4 hours away from home and I'm going to be out of pocket an extra $1,700 if I want to take this car home. At the end of the day, I went ahead and purchased the car due to the trip I had already committed to. I would not have agreed upon that price before leaving my home, however. I was also only given 1 key fob and was told the 2nd fob was "around here somewhere...I"ll find it and mail it to you". Got a phone call the next day that they couldn't turn up the key fob, sorry about your luck. So there's another $360 I've had to fork out (not to mention another 2 hour trip to the closest dealer capable of programming the new fob) in order to get a complete set of keys. So, again...the car is great, but the tactics the personnel used to sell it to me were incredibly shady. Would not recommend buying a car from here. I obviously won't be back. Update (6/3/16): Promptly called the gentleman below over a week ago and left a message. Phone call has not yet been returned. Clearly not very interested in making it right.... More

Chandler Capehart was the salesman who let us browse the inventory in our own time. He was the most knowledgeable car salesperson that we have ever dealt with while looking for cars. Chandler answered our questions and was honest when he did not have an answer. We would highly recommend this dealership and defiantly Chandler to our friends and family who are looking for a new car. He made buying a car fun! Thank you! More

Our experience purchasing a used vehicle. Never owned a Toyota so my wife and I thought we would test drive a couple of vehicles. Salesperson met us in the lot and asked questions in regards to our interest. We discussed price range and concerns about not knowing what we were looking for and just wanted to test drive different vehicles. Chandler suggested we drive two vehicles that fit our wants. He allowed us to drive one vehicles for several hours to assist in the decision making process. We were somewhat late getting back. We determine the vehicle we wanted to pursue and discussed pricing. Without any drama and feeling pressured, we arrived at a price we both agreed upon. Easiest vehicle purchase I have ever encountered. The process was very smooth and Chandler remained at the dealership over an hour after the dealership closed and made sure our vehicle was ready with the keys and parked just outside the dealership door. The professionalism Chandler demonstrated made us feel we were at all inclusive resort instead of my past opinion of dealerships. The relationship established made us feel comfortable in using other services at Capital since I was made to believe we would be welcomed as a respected customer. We are more that satisfied with the service given and walked out of the dealership feeling we made the right decision especially since we had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle on this visit. More
