I went to Ricart not sure if I wanted to even purchase a vehicle that day or what car I wanted a Fusion or a Taurus if I did. As a previous reviewer said, I have had other type's of sales experience, but none were as good as mine here at Ricart Ford. I did my home work, I knew what I wanted and what price I would pay. He could answer any question I had on the 2013 F-150 Ford. And was a very professional salesman. I was surprised at the quote I was given as to how close we were on what I thought would be a fair price. During the whole process of purchasing my new truck, Gary, Doug, Bill and Chane were very professional and could answer any question I asked. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. This is without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. My daughter and I came in to look for a replacement vehicle for her 2000 Audi TT. She had only one very definite requirement and tha have ever had. My daughter and I came in to look for a replacement vehicle for her 2000 Audi TT. She had only one very definite requirement and that was the car had to have a manual transmission. She had done her research already and was focusing in on a Mazda 3. Aaron Winters is very knowledgeable about the Mazda line and especially about the model we were looking at. There was not one question that he didn't know the answer to. Aaron was extremely helpful and personable, as was everyone we met. We had a blast taking our choices around the test track to check out the handling and comfort of the car. We felt as though we were getting very special treatment from Aaron. That continued when it came time to finish up our paperwork and Jason Ricart stepped in to make sure that my daughter could afford the car she had picked out. It seemed as though everyone we talked to (from Aaron Winters, Matt Bowen and Jason Ricart, to Gary Kujanek and both Shane Gillespie and Chane Collins) was there to serve us and make sure that we were happy and satisfied with out purchase. I would highly recommend Ricart to anyone interested in purchasing a new car. Thanks to all of you. More
