This business made no excuses about pandemics and received and repaired my vehicle when other business succumb to excuses and poor services (Auto Nation). Many Chevrolet dealerships would not eve received and repaired my vehicle when other business succumb to excuses and poor services (Auto Nation). Many Chevrolet dealerships would not even answer the phone so I could make an appointment. I was starting to lose faith in my decision to purchase my fourth new Chevrolet. Freeway Chevrolet not only answered the phone but took time to speak with me about my vehicle concerns and subsequently scheduled it for service. My vehicle was repaired and cleaned the next day. Great experience with Freeway Chevrolet!! More

Cheyenne sold me a used truck and did a great job at everything from start to finish, couldn't be more thankful for her or her hard work in making sure i was taken care of. Now to the disappointing part everything from start to finish, couldn't be more thankful for her or her hard work in making sure i was taken care of. Now to the disappointing part about the dealer. I've now owned my 17 Silverado for 3 weeks, still covered under warranty. I called to have service take care of the "rumble strip" issue on the 15-19 GM's (Bulletin No.: 18-NA-355) but the service dpt told me its going to cost me for them to look at and i need to pay for any repairs for what's covered and noted by GM themselves. Lucky for me its a GM bulletin and i can take it to a service center that cares to do the right thing so this truck will last me years to come. I hope management sees this and fixes the way service treats people before it impacts great employees like Cheyenne. More

Everything went smooth and we have no complaints. Jesse Sherman and Erica Ayedelotte are top tier sales people to deal with. They know their stuff when it comes to the new vehicles and are very personable. They truly care about what they do and we’ve come to know them very well over the years. Truly an amazing pair of people to work with! Mike Broadway (General Sales Manager) and Seth Madison (Sales Manager) were fantastic to deal with when it came down to brass tacks. In Finance, Dwayne Shanklin and Greg Krause were great. No wasted time and they went through everything perfectly! Glad to see that paperwork is on digits now too! We will definitely be back for another vehicle soon! Thank you to all Freeway!!!! More

Devin and Malkum were fantastic! Made buying a car so easy even though it was totally unexpected. However, they offered me some freebies over by the parts desk or customer service desk. The guy there was easy even though it was totally unexpected. However, they offered me some freebies over by the parts desk or customer service desk. The guy there was incredibly rude. Totally unwilling to be of any help. Seemed like getting a sunshade and an air freshener for my new car was way too much to ask. Even though the salesman insisted. Totally killed the vibe and excitement of getting a new car for a minute. You should get someone in there with more personality. The guy wouldn’t even smile and practically refused to look at the sizing of the sunshades behind the counter. I about hopped over the counter and did it myself because this guy couldn’t be bothered. Also, Dwayne the finance guy was the BOMB.COM!! Love him! He helped me with the finance on my previous car! More
