Dropped car off Monday morning for inspection. Picked it up around 3:00 pm. At 3:40 pm noticed that driver’s side brake light & tail light were both out. Returned on Wednesday morning to have lights replaced. Service rep offered no apology for my inconvenience or the oversight by service dept. I was pleased at pick up time that I wasn’t charged for the bulbs & service. This was only my second time having the car serviced at the dealership. I’ve often heard negative comments about Rothrock’s service department. I truly hope our next experience is much better. More

This was the second encounter I've had with him where I felt belittled and treated as "less-than" simply because I'm female. He needs to understand what being "equitable" means - because of his demeanor I will never purchase another vehicle at Rothrock again nor recommend this dealership beyond service. More
