I haad been looking to trade my car in for months, but kept getting defeated with awful pushy salesmen. Charles was honest and attentive from the second I walked into Casey Kia to the moment I drove off i kept getting defeated with awful pushy salesmen. Charles was honest and attentive from the second I walked into Casey Kia to the moment I drove off in my brand new Sportage. He did not try to put me in a position I was uncomfortable with, did not try to up-sell me on another model, and worked financial magic (along with Hugh) to get me where I wanted to be (as well as a few shared snacks 😄).
