Great customer service. The best we ever had. Me and my mother was at the casey kia on jefferson ave location and Mr. Charles Archer was our salesman. He not only gave exceptional care and attention to my mother was at the casey kia on jefferson ave location and Mr. Charles Archer was our salesman. He not only gave exceptional care and attention to my mother with the sale, but he also gave me pertinent information I didn't receive when I purchased my vehicle. They will tell you they have no credit financing.. give you the car, then 30 days later send one of their employees to pop up at your house to scope and see when they can take it. The most weird thing I’ve you the car, then 30 days later send one of their employees to pop up at your house to scope and see when they can take it. The most weird thing I’ve ever witnessed. Really glad they took the car back I put down $5500 and still had to pay $11,000 on a $13,000 car lol. Found a new one $1500 cheaper. Nice doing business with you guys. NOT. More
