If I could give Charles 20 stars, I’d start there. I drove from Massachusetts all the way down to Virginia in order in to look at a 2014 Nissan Murano. Charles was incredibly informative. He explained all pertinent information clear, concisely, down to the most minute detail. Charles was entirely transparent with me also. He did not approach me as a salesperson; he approached the whole appointment professionally, as a human being who genuinely cares about his clients. He made the entire experience more than comfortable and went out of his way to ensure that I was nothing less than 100% happy with both my visit and purchase. I am young, in my 20s, and not very educated in the aspects that go into purchasing a vehicle, however, I left with a WONDERFUL suv, in PERFECT condition, with LOW payments, and nothing but PHENOMENAL things to say about Charles Archer.
