I came in for service on my 2014 Optima but left with a 2018 Sorento. He said to me "once a customer, now a lifetime friend". He did indeed treat me as such. Even when I felt skeptical, reassured me of all the details and never made me feel pressured. I couldn't have asked for a better person to sell me this 2018 Sorento. I must say Mr.Archer must love his job, because immediately upo I pulled up at the Casey Kia dealership and was quickly greeted by Mr. Charles Archer. I must say Mr.Archer must love his job, because immediately upon seeing him he had a smile as bright as the sun. So I must say a warm welcome that was so greatly appreciated immediately made me realize Jehovah had lead me to the right place. Charles walked me inside and to my surprise it was smooth sailing after then. However, I was a little afraid that things may go wrong with my luck but needless to say Charles spoke encouraging words while still working diligently to get things done.
