Went over the entire car and showed me features I didn't know were there. I learned a lot about the vehicle today He went over all the upgrades that would be offed upon signing for the car. But Charles did a very good job of bringing us up to date on the technological advances that have been made and, importantly, what that meant for us as drivers. In doing so, he was an excellent spokesperson for the Kia brand as well as the Casey portfolio of services. Although we ended up buying a Toyota (from Casey Toyota, by the way), our decision was based on brand loyalty (we have bought five of their products over the years), and not on and deficiency of Charles. In fact, his skills and h]s interest in our finding the right car, made the decision most difficult. More
