CASEY KIA HAS SET THE BAR!!! I went to this dealership as a first time buyer not knowing what I was getting into, and my skepticism about everything didn't help. But from the mome I went to this dealership as a first time buyer not knowing what I was getting into, and my skepticism about everything didn't help. But from the moment I was greeted by Charles Archer to driving in my new car, I literally could not stop smiling. This man made my day! He was very professional, informative, and quite unique in his approach as a sales person. Mr. Archer leveled with me and made me feel as if I was conversing with a long time friend. Resse Vick I pulled up at the Casey Kia dealership and was quickly greeted by Mr. Charles Archer. I must say Mr.Archer must love his job, because immediately upo I pulled up at the Casey Kia dealership and was quickly greeted by Mr. Charles Archer. I must say Mr.Archer must love his job, because immediately upon seeing him he had a smile as bright as the sun. So I must say a warm welcome that was so greatly appreciated immediately made me realize Jehovah had lead me to the right place. Charles walked me inside and to my surprise it was smooth sailing after then. However, I was a little afraid that things may go wrong with my luck but needless to say Charles spoke encouraging words while still working diligently to get things done. The process was so easy, at least he made it feel that way. With that being said, Casey Kia has really landed themselves "a diamond in the rough" with Charles Archer. Thank you so much Charles your kindness and efforts will always be appreciated. The staff that I came in contact with were also great. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience!! More
