Excellent sales rep Didn't wind up purchasing a vehicle from Charles as we went with a different car manufacturer, but he was very professional and knowledgeable about th Didn't wind up purchasing a vehicle from Charles as we went with a different car manufacturer, but he was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars. He made some excellent suggestions, and his technical knowledge was definitely better than most sales reps I've run into. Every car purchase is a negotiation, but if I was going to buy a Kia, I'd happily buy it from Charles and Brandon and feel that I was getting a fair price. More
