Pleasant experience I came in to get a car. Charles was very helpful to me. He talked to me very respectful and was very courteous. He worked well with lowering my stress I came in to get a car. Charles was very helpful to me. He talked to me very respectful and was very courteous. He worked well with lowering my stress levels today. I didn't feel pressure of any kind. He was understanding to my concerns and is very knowledgeable and laid back. He has a very warming smile and demeanor. Even if I don't get approved for the car that my heart desires.
