So far I have not been happy with this dealership. It took 4 weeks to get my second key. The insignia on the front of the car either fell off or was stolen...honestly do not know which but the sales It took 4 weeks to get my second key. The insignia on the front of the car either fell off or was stolen...honestly do not know which but the salesperson said she would take care of it and left before doing so. I then contacted the GM who forwarded me to the used car manager who had me come in and brought me to the service dept. only to find out that no one ordered the part and so I had to make another trip and leave the car there for a few hours which made another trip? However, I wish to point out that Barbara in service was great. More
