The service mechanic failed to diagnose a transmission issue that occurred 4 days after I spent 5000 on a catalytic converter. I never would have invested the 13000 that would have been required on my ve issue that occurred 4 days after I spent 5000 on a catalytic converter. I never would have invested the 13000 that would have been required on my vehicle. I am very disappointed!! This is my second major challenge with the service team there. There won’t be a third. More
