I just purchased a 2024 BMW M440 from Circle BMW and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the salesman Charles Catania, to the finance manager to everyone else I encountered, it was was the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the salesman Charles Catania, to the finance manager to everyone else I encountered, it was the fastest, easiest, fairest and NO BS car purchase to date (my 13th car purchase). Between trading in my old car, going to over paper work/deal, closing out the deal, to delivering the car, I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Despite being a two hour drive to get to Eatontown NJ (testament to the professionalism of Charles Catania on the phone (and the sales manager behind the scenes), I will definitely be contacting Circle BMW first for my next BMW. It truly a pleasurable experience from beginning to end. I should also add, the finance manager (I didnt get his name) was also great. he was nice, personable, explained everything clearly and concisely, and most importantly, didn't apply high pressure tactics... Again, everyone was just very pleasant (even staff, that as far as I know, had nothing to do with my deal) and made it a zero stress experience. Great job Charles and Circle BMW. More
