The Circle BMW team is amazing. My husband and I contacted Circle via the website interested in one of their pre-owned vehicles (our lease was ending and we were looking to buy). Charles got back to us right away and set up an appointment for us to come in and look at it same day. We decided to take a look at the other pre-owned inventory that was available as well. Charles was extremely knowledgeable, highlighting the difference between different model years and equipped packages. We asked that he price out two of the vehicles for us, and we decided to purchase one we had fallen in love with while there at a great price. The dealership was near closing time, but Charles assured us it was no problem to get us out of there in our new car the same day. Andrew from finance also provided us with great service, walking us through our contract and available add-ons. This is our second time getting a vehicle from Circle BMW and we could not be happier. They are a wonderful family-owned store, and you can't go wrong working with them! More
