Charles is incredibly knowledgeable—not only about the cars I was considering, but about BMW as a whole and every aspect of the buying and leasing process. What I appreciated most was that he was never pushy. He knew exactly how to guide me, answer my questions, and help me feel confident in my decision while also making sure things moved efficiently so I didn’t miss out on my dream car! He also really worked with me on pricing and took the time to shop around for the best possible rate, which I appreciated so much. I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me get the car I wanted at a deal I felt great about, rather than simply trying to make a sale. He was laid-back and easy to work with while still being extremely professional, attentive, responsive, and efficient. Everything that needed to get done was handled quickly and seamlessly, and I never felt pressured at any point in the process. I had visited BMW Freehold beforehand and unfortunately had a very different experience—the salesperson was inexperienced and the process felt overly pushy and off-putting. Charles and everyone at Circle BMW could not have been more opposite. The difference was night and day. You can truly feel that Circle BMW is a family-owned dealership. There’s a level of personal, individualized attention that makes such a difference, especially with a purchase this exciting and significant.
