Tim Meritzis, my go-to service adviser for over twenty years, knowing my preferences, helped configure the car for me and then introduced me to Charles Catania. This was my first time working with Charles and, from placing the order to delivering the car, he made the process so easy. I would definitely recommend Charles to anyone looking to purchase a BMW and look forward to dealing with him when it’s time for BMW #9. More
