Our sales associate, Charles, was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It took several negotiations to get what we wanted, which is the only reason for not giving it a 5 star rating, but we were happy and knowledgeable. Purchased a 2023 Toyota RAV4 Prime today and Charlie was my sales consultant. Charles is very personable and warm and did a good job handling my sale. The dealership for the most part was good except they l my sales consultant. Charles is very personable and warm and did a good job handling my sale. The dealership for the most part was good except they listed my car at $20,000 over MSRP which is greedy and far too high. Charlie worked with me and the Sales Manager and he got the price down to a more reasonable level and I agreed to the deal. I definitely would recommend Charles Harvey i you’re looking for a Toyota. More
