Great buying experience... Couldn't be happier! I was not sure what to expect when I walked onto the lot of High-Line to "look" at a BMW I had seen on line. We were greeted by Rocky who seemed to know the entire inventory very well. Rocky was quick to share the background on the vehicle. I ended up finding another gem on the lot and bought it that day! I could not be happier with my purchase. The BMW is more car than I had hoped to find and the price was right! You should know this dealership does not come down on price but they are very aggressive in their up front pricing and frankly knowing it's a good deal before you walk on the lot saves time and frustration in the normal negotiation process. I did more research after my purchase and my purchase price in more inline with the trade in value on my vehicle! I would not hesitate to send my friends and family to this dealership. They were up front and made the entire process quick and easy. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Rocky (salesman) and Charlie(Owner)! More

2nd Car--THE BEST Experience In March I purchased 2016 BMW 428i from the High-line Group and had a fantastic experience--fast forward to June and my wife was interested in trading In March I purchased 2016 BMW 428i from the High-line Group and had a fantastic experience--fast forward to June and my wife was interested in trading her 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara for a 2016 Land Rover LR4 HSE--once again the entire process from being greeted at the door by James to being reassured by Charlie that he would "take care of us" again was so reassuring--James stayed by our side the entire time--let us test drive and do a side-by-side comparison of the 2 LR4's on the lot--he even gave me a Dunkin Donuts gift card for us to go grab a rejuvenating cup of coffee--bottom-line High-line Auto Group will give you THE BEST car buying experience ever--we will NEVER purchase another vehicle from anyone else--where else do you get the Owner Charlie's personal cell phone and can text or call him at ANYTIME--he CARES and it shows--in fact after our deal was finalized with Gustavo (who is also GREAT) I pulled Charlie aside and said it would be my honor to put my 34 years of active duty Air Force/Government Contractor experience to use by coming to work for the company--this place and it's people are INFECTIOUS and you want to be a part of it--bottom-line--if your looking for luxury brand vehicle--look no further than 1150 Westward Street in Lowell, MA--JUST DO IT!!!! There were no high pressure sales, just recommendations which we were receptive to and they were always detailed to what we were looking for. It is clear that the Highline Group takes pride in their dealership, both in the expectations of their staff and in the quality of their immaculate vehicles. The dealership/website is well organized, clean and welcoming. Check them out, you will not be disappointed. More

Don't believe anything they say (or write) At first I thought the dealer was great. Professional and friendly sales process. Quick agreement, no problems. I was ready to tell my friends how great they are and about the many nice cars they have on the lot. But that’s not how it turned out. WIth my purchase agreement, I have it in writing to fix a shake the front-end. They rotated/balanced and said it was fixed. After driving after pickup I still could still feel a shake, which is exactly what I didn’t want in my new race car for which I paid 35 grand of hard earned money. I wrote to my sales rep. No response. Called my sales rep. Finally a call back. He said to send pictures of the tires so they could be ordered to correct the problem. Great! A day later, sales backed out of that and said they wanted to the see the car first. I said ok, it takes me two hours of driving, please order the tires so they can be put on, if that’s the problem. I don’t want to drive out there more than once and I was 99% sure it was a tire problem. They didn’t want to order before seeing the problem for themselves. I escalated to the owner, Charlie. He said they wanted to make sure it’s not a bent rim, or something worse, etc. He also said don’t worry, if it turns out to be the tires, new ones can be put on at a local TownFair Tire using a corporate account to save me another trip….I thought that was reasonable so I made the drive so they could check it out. In the end, they agreed there was still a problem that could only be fixed by new tires. But then they said they wouldn’t put on new tires. Huh? The best they could do is swap with other used tires when they became available. And yes, drive another two hours to get them. Like the conversation about TownFair Tire never happened. Just another line of crap. Can I swap with another car with the same size tires? No, it has to be a full wheel swap. So now I have to wait for the exact same wheels and tires to become available. Just a bunch of crap! I thought I was dealing with a high-end dealer that would make things right. That wasn’t the case. They consistently lied and would not live up to their commitment. They complained that they would go broke if they put new tires on every car, it wasn’t a serious problem, it passed inspection…blah blah blah….. totally missing the point. I wasn’t asking for tires on every car, just for them to live to their commitment (written and verbal) on my car. Let this be a lesson. They may appear to be a high-end, no nonsense, customer focused dealer, but they behave like any other used car dealer. Shifty, evasive and dishonest. The only way to get a dealer to give you what they promise, is to walk away from the deal when they don’t. Don’t take a vehicle if it’s not as you expect and don’t believe anything they say to get you to take it. Double check everything they say. In writing? Doesn’t matter. They will seem like your best buddy until it cost them something. They said they would call me when something becomes available. Maybe in a week, two weeks, a month.. Yeah right. I’m guessing I won’t be hearing from them anytime soon and I’ll have to “go broke” and buy the tires myself. If they are capable of this charade, what else can you expect? Never again! More

This was the beat car buying experience I think I have ever had! Mo was excellent really made sure that everything was taken care of.
