I felt like a kid again in a candy store or the excitement you get receiving that great present you wanted for Christmas. Well, I bought a 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL550 with only 35K miles. Words don’t express how happy I am with my SL550 that looks, feels, and drives like a new car. I dealt with Charles Fotopoulos (the owner), Gustavo Lacerda (Sales Mgr.) and Christopher Rodriguez (Service Mgr.) who were all extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the purchasing experience and timely delivery of my vehicle. I traded in a car and was happy with the net purchase price I paid without any high-pressure sales negotiations. I can see that the High-Line Group success is based on making the customer happy with their purchase because they strive for customer satisfaction to promote repeat and referral sales. Great buying experience... Couldn't be happier! I was not sure what to expect when I walked onto the lot of High-Line to "look" at a BMW I had seen on line. We were greeted by Rocky who seemed to kn I was not sure what to expect when I walked onto the lot of High-Line to "look" at a BMW I had seen on line. We were greeted by Rocky who seemed to know the entire inventory very well. Rocky was quick to share the background on the vehicle. I ended up finding another gem on the lot and bought it that day! I could not be happier with my purchase. The BMW is more car than I had hoped to find and the price was right! You should know this dealership does not come down on price but they are very aggressive in their up front pricing and frankly knowing it's a good deal before you walk on the lot saves time and frustration in the normal negotiation process. I did more research after my purchase and my purchase price in more inline with the trade in value on my vehicle! I would not hesitate to send my friends and family to this dealership.
