Super helpful without being pushy. I have driven by The Highline Group auto dealership many times. I honestly never thought I’d buy a car from there. Most cars seemed out of my league. I have driven by The Highline Group auto dealership many times. I honestly never thought I’d buy a car from there. Most cars seemed out of my league. When looking for my new Audi Q7, I looked at Car Guru and Auto Trader, both online. There were some options there. But I thought,... hey seeing as I’m browsing online, let’s see what The Highline Group have to offer. They also had options. I decided to stop by and check them out in person. I was greeted pleasantly and offered help without the rush or air of “I’m here to sell you.” Chris was super friendly to deal with and if he didn’t know the answer to a question, he didn’t give me any BS. He simply went and found the answer for me from someone else, pretty quickly. I test drove cars and there was no pressure to make a choice. This actually HELPED me make a choice. It was easy. I found the car I wanted, and the place I wanted to do business with. Zac in financing was a joy to be around and everyone was busy, but friendly and easy going at the same time. Even the guys in upper management, made a point to send me on with best wishes, when I picked up my new ride. I will definitely be purchasing future cars from these guys. They care about their customers buying experience and they deliver great product. I’m 100% satisfied with The Highline Group. More

Terrible dealership! Buyer Beware. We were interested in a car and was driving far to see it. I asked if the car was in an accident because I don’t buy cars that have. The salesman Jim told me that it had n a car and was driving far to see it. I asked if the car was in an accident because I don’t buy cars that have. The salesman Jim told me that it had not been. We show up and you could see paint drip marks on the bumper. They made excuses and gave me the run around. The sales manager was rude and swore at me to get us off the lot in front of my daughter. He didn’t like the fact that I was upset over being lied to and wanted us to leave so other customers wouldn’t here us complain. More

Relationships and Satisfaction is their Priority As I read through some of these reviews, I can't help but think that the people that gave High-Line a low rating must be more upset about their own fl As I read through some of these reviews, I can't help but think that the people that gave High-Line a low rating must be more upset about their own flawed thinking than the professionalism, quality, and caliber of automotive that High-Line exudes. I recently purchased a fully optioned Porsche 911 Carrera 4S and at no fault of anyone's, the vehicle had a few hiccups. I remind everyone that first and foremost, a car (even the most expensive) is made of metal, rubber, and other synthetic manmade materials that fall apart over time. Secondly, High Line motors is not a dealership to go to if you are looking for a lowcost, everyday grocery-getter; they maintain an inventory of cars that is of the higher caliber that isn't for everyone and most certainly is not your typical family wagon. These vehicles require meticulous and costly maintenance that usually far exceed the price of the vehicle itself. To that end, the moral of this review is that although the Porsche cost $118k at Delivery in 2007, the $30k price tag that High Line sold it for in 2019 came with the same level of service, decorum, and quality of professionalism that would be expected if I had been the original owner and shelled out six figures. Ted, Tony, Zac, Matt, and the owner Charlie, are as good as they come and I am extremely grateful for their care and accountability when it comes to standing behind their vehicles. A++++ . I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. More

Great Salesmanship and Service I am so happy with the sales team and the service group of this dealership. I purchased a 2013 Mercedes E350 Convertable in December 2018. From the minute I first looked at the car the sales team was respectful, not pushy and answered all of my questions (and made sure I understood the answers). When I picked up the car it had a big red bow on it and the team greeted me with all smiles, took pictures and explained all the details of the car to me. I kept the vehicle stored until the weather improved. Now that the weather is finally nice I am able to enjoy having a convertable. A common problem with the Mercedes is the the heater/AC motor can go without warning. I sent an email to the service department and immediately received a response from Chad Williams who made sure that the service time he scheduled was completely convenient for me. After dropping of my car I received follow up calls on the progress, cost and when my vehicle would be ready. For a dealership to go so far out of their way to ensure I was satisfied was a great feeling. I can't thank Charlie and team enough. I purchased a 2006 My review of a recent purchase 5 stars: I am tough to please some would say, but I am patient and so are the staff at Highline. I purchased a 2006 Cadillac SRX and was assured that "we have been here for 35 years" and that "we will take care of any issue the car may have (within reason"). So, being the thick headed Italian that I am I had their words ringing in my ears when my car had issues with the wheels, drains, and suspension. I brought it back to them several times (while being patient) and Highline held true to their words. They accepted every email and phone call with professionalism and never making me feel like I was a bother. That is remarkable, because I easily could have been told to leave them alone and not come back. They took my car and were either able to fix it or refer me in the direction to have it fixed properly. They never left me in the dark and that was my fear and everyone's fear when buying a used car. Highline was transparent in communication from the day of purchase until I was fully satisfied. I congratulate Highline for their patience and professionalism. I suggest everyone buy your next car from Highline. It is like buying new with their post purchase support. Don't expect them to pay to have everything fixed because let's keep in mind these are not new, but can feel like new once your sale is all at and done. If you choose to buy from Highline and you have an issue reach out and don't be resentful. James and Ted are always willing to help and Charlie is always visible for conversation. Friendly staff, mechanical quality left wanting Two weeks ago we found a Jeep Rubicon on their lot that we liked, low-mileage with lots of pricey off-roading upgrades that made the price seem reason Two weeks ago we found a Jeep Rubicon on their lot that we liked, low-mileage with lots of pricey off-roading upgrades that made the price seem reasonable. My husband was thrilled. We decided to make the two hour drive from Southern Vermont, and were greeted warmly on arrival. We had easy rapport with Ted, and excellent conversation during the long financial process with Zach (okay, if I’m honest it was only long because we couldn’t stop talking). Three days later we returned to pick up the Jeep, which needed an O2 sensor. A couple days later my husband noticed the Jeep didn’t have a muffler - someone had taken it out and their mechanic apparently missed it - the sound hadn’t changed from our first visit and test drive. Fortunately, a quick phone call sorted it all out. All in all we’re very satisfied with our experience despite being a little surprised such an obvious piece, needed for inspections throughout New England, would be missing from the vehicle. However, their assurance that they must sell an inspection-ready vehicle, and quick action to right the issue saved their review, and our overall impression. Thanks, guys! We can’t wait to get out on the class 4s! More
