While having the oil changed and tires rotated, service tech happened to check my cabin air filter. In doing so the tech managed to break the securing tab for the filter housing cover and left the hush pan tech happened to check my cabin air filter. In doing so the tech managed to break the securing tab for the filter housing cover and left the hush panel hanging. I consider this to be a lack of proper application, training and attention to detail. Force what it cost these days for even simple maintenance things like this should not happen. More
