I thought that I had submitted the response twice. Once for the service on my truck just before we traded it in and purchase of the new truck. But I will do it again. Service was great, especially like the technicians video feedback. Getting the feedback directly from the person doing the work. Now for the purchase of the new Ram Big Horn. Very pleased with the collaboration of the Sales staff. Between Jay and Charles we had an excellent experience. We received over and above attention. They worked really hard to get this sale. I have been a customer of this location for over 14 Years. I have owned jeeps since 1995.
