Last month, my husband and I drove two hours to purchase a Chrysler Pacifica that we had found online. As many know, used vehicle prices are extremely high right now. When we saw this van with lower mileage a Chrysler Pacifica that we had found online. As many know, used vehicle prices are extremely high right now. When we saw this van with lower mileage and in our price range, we immediately made an appointment to see it the next day. After arriving, we had to wait an hour and a half just to see the vehicle because it apparently hadn't been serviced or examined, although we had confirmed and made the appointment to see it the day before. This was a little annoying, but we weren't really upset. Our salesman, Dan, was apologetic and pleasant. What was upsetting was the "Leesburg advantage" and other last minute high fees that were added. I am totally aware that the dealership charges a fee and there is a cost involved with title and tax that makes the price higher than the online listed price. However, we explained we lived over 2 hours away and wouldn't utilize what is really just an overpriced cleaning service. I mean it was a good 3grand more for just this service that doesn't include much more than a carwash. We were told under no condition would they remove it. We ended up paying significantly more than we had wanted after haggling. If our primary transportation didn't have a dying engine, we probably would have walked. After being there 6 hours! (after waiting and haggling), the manager told us he would pay for our dinner (we were there until about 730 pm and still had 2 hour drive home). All we had to to is send him the receipt. Well, we were never reimbursed. An empty promise. Not even 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle, our auxiliary battery died. I took the vehicle to a sister dealership (I was told they would honor our Leesburg Advantage and our warranty for parts) but they could not work on it because they did not carry Chrysler parts. I ended up visiting another "out of network" dealership and paying 400$ for a battery/labor that was "tested and certified." I was told by CJDR of Leesburg that they couldn't help me because this was considered "normal wear and tear." I'm sorry, but a battery on a vehicle that was "checked" and just purchased and dies 8 days later seems pretty suspect. Honestly, it really put me out. Not even just the money -I had to make two separate appointments and go without a vehicle I JUST BOUGHT for days. I had the vehicle completely looked over for fear there would be other issues. So far, so good. Although our salesman was nice, beware of the extra costs, empty promises, and they will not help you if you have an issue with a "certified" vehicle right after purchase. More

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I bought a Ram Laramie from Bill Bryan 2 years ago and have been getting regular services from Bill Bryan. Found out today that YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I bought a Ram Laramie from Bill Bryan 2 years ago and have been getting regular services from Bill Bryan. Found out today that they have sold. Associates were very rude for my service today to the point that I left. I still have four free oil changes and will not be back to even honor them. I'm sure buying a vehicle everyone has a nice smiley face and the food is great. After that it is the worst experience you will ever have at a dealership. I was told straight up that "things have changed!" I asked to talk to the manager and was told he wasn't in yet at 10:30AM. More
