AB was patient and honest. Again I provided the dealership with another outstanding used vehicle for Charles. Matt continues to be helpful. The only complaint I had was waiting an unreasonable time for the finance section to sign a cash deal. Over 3 hours after agreed deal was way too long. You want customer to be happy about purchase not tired and pissed. Thanks AB, Charles and Matt. More
