There was never any back and forth between him and management. Everyone was very friendly and never pushy. The manager came up several times to check in on us to make sure we were happy. Charles is great, very honest, down to earth, and willing to work with us to make sure we were happy. I will recommend him to my friends and family in the future and this dealership. Also, Tenita was very helpful in explaining all of the accessories in my new vehicle, she took her time and was very thorough and patient.
