I'll be back for my next new purchase. One star is missing because of the 'push' to sell me an extended warranty, a second and third time. One' no thank you' should be sufficient. Please do not bring down you philosophy to sell a$2000 product. I believe the business manager is new to the Bettenhausen way, it might take a few more months to understand your culture. More
