Terrible I have worked with a car sales man named Adam before and he was the sweetest and nicest person I have ever worked with and continued to keep in contac I have worked with a car sales man named Adam before and he was the sweetest and nicest person I have ever worked with and continued to keep in contact even after we had left. A few days ago my parents went in looking for a car and dealt with Charles and what a nightmare. He was rude and very pushy not listening to anything they were saying. He then told my parents we should leave meaning me and my husband because we were being honest and telling them that they would not be able to get payments low enough on a new car for them since they had bad credit. Who has the nerve to tell someone that there kid should leave when we are the ones helping them shop so they don't get taken advantage of by a person like him trying to push them into something they could not afford. If I ever see this guy again there will be some choice words for him because he clearly is not a good sales man and maybe they should consider getting rid of him all together before it ruins there reputation because I will tell all to never go there or deal with this guy. More

Great Service I went into this place to simply look thinking I was not going to be able to purchase a vehicle. I went in and asked to test drive a vehicle and I simply loved it. I then continued to walk the lot and Charles helped me find the color I wanted and still stay within my budget. I was scared I would not get financing and Charles kept looking until he found the best solution for me and still managed to get me within my budget. This has been one of my best experiences when buying a vehicle. I will be referring all my friends out there. More

When I initially came I needed a co signer and or money down.
