We have purchased three vehicles from Bettenhausen over the past 5 years. Charles has been great to work with. I called to let Charles know what I was looking for and he had vehicles ready for me when I ar the past 5 years. Charles has been great to work with. I called to let Charles know what I was looking for and he had vehicles ready for me when I arrived at the showroom after work. I was in and out of the dealership in a short time and able to get home for dinner. This was a no pressure sales approach from Charles that is appreciated. Much thanks to Bettenhausen and Charles for a pleasant car shopping experience. Additionally, the service team at Bettenhausen has been great as well! More
