We have purchased three vehicles from Bettenhausen over the past 5 years. Charles has been great to work with. I called to let Charles know what I was looking for and he had vehicles ready for me when I ar the past 5 years. Charles has been great to work with. We were able to test drive by ourselves, then Charles reviewed all the charges, discounts and costs. He even gave me his cell number in case I have any future questions. The only negative was that we were trading in a car and if I didn’t take the time to reset our navigation, phone sync and garage door opener it would have stayed in our old cars memory. No mention of how they would handle that. The mechanics said they didn’t know how to reset. More
