The only negative was that we were trading in a car and if I didn’t take the time to reset our navigation, phone sync and garage door opener it would have stayed in our old cars memory. No mention of how they would handle that. The mechanics said they didn’t know how to reset. More

Great experience.. No pressure to buy.. Fast forward two years later went in for an upgrade and couldn't be happier.. Upgraded from a 2018 Dodge Journey SE (basic model) to a 2019 Journey Crossroad.. Love love love my Crossroad and all the upgraded features.. Big thanks to my sales rep Charles Johnson he was honest and very patient didn't rush didn't pressure me to make a decision.. My experience with Bettenhausen started online with Jessica using the chat feature, to email, to dealing with Charles in person (who will be receiving a call tomorrow from my father). When my dad heard about the kind of experience I had, and saw the price I got (and ensuing documents/paperwork), he was a bit baffled. How could I have gotten a better deal on a car that he’s been researching for weeks?... Most have yet to deal with such no-nonsense, straightforward and professional people when buying a car. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed. Charles was well worth the hour drive to go see him. More
