Believe me when I say I was very reluctant to step foot into another dealership to the point where I was ready to order a car online. However, Charles made the whole experience bearable. He is a very relatable, friendly salesman who is...wait for it... not pushy. That's crazy right? I never felt pressured to buy a car but at the same time he worked diligently day and night to find me exactly what I asked for. I am very pleased with my purchase. Great Salesperson!!! Charles M. I spent weeks looking for a car for my daughter and didn't really care of where it was....just had to be the right car. As I pulled in Charles was the I spent weeks looking for a car for my daughter and didn't really care of where it was....just had to be the right car. As I pulled in Charles was there to greet me and my daughter and asked if he could of assist us with anything. I told him what we were looking for and it happened to be this vehicle just arrived at the dealership just a day prior. So not info was really k own yet, however Charles did seem to know some about the car. The car looked great in and out. Drove it and all. Charles was not about pushing the car on me, I love that!! He was very personal about the visit. There were a few back and forth instances on price agrement... normal occurance at dealerships. Regardless he spent a long time for me to wait on an answer from my accountant and as prior car salesperson I know he had another set of people looking at another car in which I understood. He did come back and check on us every 10 min or so to make sure we were refreshed with food and drink or anything we needed. I love that type of salesperson and was very happy to deal with Charles. He is an asset to your dealership. What a great guy!! My family thanks you Charles and Annapolis Hyundai for a great experience and car. We will be back! Also our finance manager Michelle M. was fantastic! More

We had a specific car in mind and called to make sure it was still av We bought a used Hyundai in Feb 2018 with Charles Meiklejohn. Great experience! We had a specific car in mind and called to make sure it was still available before driving an hour to look at it. Charles was very helpful, answered questions and made sure we didn't drive out there if the car sold before we made the trip to test drive it. He didn't pressure us at all and made us feel very comfortable. Although we knew the vehicle features, he took the time to explain and answer questions. We had one more car to check out at a different dealership - but again no pressure. He gave us his cell phone # and asked us to call the following day (since the dealership would be closed) if we wanted the car at Annapolis so he could be sure to hold it for us. We did the rest through email/phone and when we came out 3 evenings later, the car was ready and the buying process was straightforward. We drove an hour for the car, so Charles made sure things were ready and good to go! Will buy from him again and highly recommend him. More
