I bought the Hyundai! So I have to admit that my first impression of Hyundai of Annapolis was not so good. The lot was a little tight as it was packed with cars. Someone had called me the day before and set me up with an appointment but when I got there nobody knew I was coming and the auto I came to look at wasn’t even on the lot. Fortunately for me, Charles Meiklejohn was the one that came to my rescue! He was awesome! He was knowledgable and helpful. He had the car I came to see brought to lot while I was looking at similar vehicles so I forgot I was even waiting for it. It was so easy talking to him, I never felt any pressure to buy. I felt like he really wanted me to find the vehicle that was perfect for me. He worked with me getting a fair price and the extras I was looking for. So while the dealership may not be as fancy as some others, I think they more than made up for with their CUSTOMER SERVICE. I highly recommend this dealership… ASK FOR CHARLES! More
