The entire staff from our sales man to the finance person to the other staff who were there, were all very friendly and accommodating. Great experience We bought Subarus from Charles Perchak in both 2016 and 2017. Unfortunately, the car purchased in 2017 was hit by a truck and declared a total loss. I We bought Subarus from Charles Perchak in both 2016 and 2017. Unfortunately, the car purchased in 2017 was hit by a truck and declared a total loss. I came in to speak with Charles and he was extremely sympathetic. He and Elmer Hansen both assured me the purchase would be made smooth and easy. They delivered on that promise. I was given a price quote on a 3 year lease right out of the gate that was $27 a month cheaper than the price I was quoted by a Subaru dealer in a nearby town. They had the car ready to go for me and the paperwork was easy and they never pushed me to upgrade in any way. I walked out of their dealership with a brand new car, a much lower car payment than I had previously and a coupon for a free oil change. I could not have been happier to have had such an easy experience. More

Everyone I dealt with from Charles, Peter and Jeff to Sabrina with Allstate could not have more pleasant and wanted to make my car buying experience comfortable and worry free and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.. One of the best experiences Ii have had at a car dealership in a long time. More

He is so helpful, friendly, and informative. The entire experience was low key-- no pressure, just great service! He guided us through the process with ease and taught us all the new tech features. The Financial Officer, Robert Cohen, was equally helpful and put us completely at ease. And the Service Department did a fabulous job fixing our damaged car too! It looks like new! We had the Best Buying and Car Service experience ever at Liberty Auto City!! We will definitely buy from them again and look forward to having our cars serviced here too! In that week no one called to bother us, unlike other dealers. We decided to buy a used 2014 Forester. The price was fair, there was no dealer prep charge and we were able to pay cash without being forced to finance to get the lower internet price. We closed the deal. When we came back to pickup the car several hours earlier, we were surprised to learn that the dealer had replaced all four tires, the battery and rebuilt the rear brakes. There was no charge for these repairs. The sales manager, Elmer, was sincere and a pleasure to work with. Charles Perchak was great. This was the best car purchase that I have ever made. You won't be disappointed! More
