The last time, I ended up having some unplanned things pop up on my work schedule and aske department for a few years now, and it never disappoints. The last time, I ended up having some unplanned things pop up on my work schedule and asked Mercedes if she could fast track me out of there. Being that I had spent several years as a service advisor myself, I know that it is not always possible to do that, but she had way surpassed my expectations!
