I am from New Jersey and working with a dealer from Dallas was scary at first, but Charles walked me through everything in a quick and clear manner. They were not shady when it came to fees either which was really refreshing considering my past efforts with other dealers. When it came to shipping and inspection, they were open to work with me as well. You as the customer have more control than most dealers I would say. I would come back and buy another car in the future, they were easy to work with even if they are located 2 timezones from me. More
