Mechanic having a bad day? Went in for a routine oil change with tire rotation. Air filters due to be replaced, but I refuse to pay $45 for $15 filters. Maybe mechanic was upset he didn't get his commission? When I changed the filters at home, I notice a push-in fastener was sitting loose on the cowl, a screw was missing from air filter cover, and light dust guard was caught in the air filter cover. The next day, a center cap flew off my wheel (again!). I called the service manager, who ordered a new one. I had to drive 50 miles round-trip for them to fix their screw-ups! More

Very dissatisfied with this service department. From the first time I called Monday August 25th at 8am with the BUICK dead where it stood half-in/half/out of my garage, to towing it to Muscatine de From the first time I called Monday August 25th at 8am with the BUICK dead where it stood half-in/half/out of my garage, to towing it to Muscatine dealership Monday morning by 10:20 am, August 25th, and being treated as an annoyance to them, to having it sit for 2 and a half days before they even assessed the problem, to calling about it late Wednesday August 30th and being told the part necessary was 2-days out, to the part "supposedly" arriving 6 days later, to calling about the cars progress Sept 3rd and getting no answer, to not getting the call to pick it up before Sept 4th around 11:30am. AND THEN, they had not done the requested oil change while they had it there, and I had to wait another hour for them to do that. So I am NOT happy with any of these folks, and if I can find another dealership for future problems with the BUICK, I definitely will. More

This was my first custom ordered truck but my fourth brand new vehicle in the last 7 years. The process of ordering my custom ordered Silverado 2500 HD was simple and easy with help from Todd Reinsager brand new vehicle in the last 7 years. The process of ordering my custom ordered Silverado 2500 HD was simple and easy with help from Todd Reinsager and sales manager Jim Henderson. I was impressed with the communication that we received from Ed Morse regarding the status of the scheduled build date, when the truck was built, when the truck was placed on the rail car for transport and the expected arrival time in which the Silverado 2500 HD arrived a week earlier than expected. The service department installed all of my additional accessories and handled several last-minute additions without missing a beat. Everyone in the service department is wonderful to work with. When I have questions, Robbie Wittmer and his team have the knowledge and expertise to remedy any issue at hand. The body shop did a great job rust proofing and undercoating my truck. The detailing department did a wonderful job getting the truck show room ready for delivery. One thing that really stood out for me is the teamwork. Whenever I had a question, other salesman didn't hesitate to work together to answer my questions or point me in the right direction. I'm already looking forward to my next custom-built truck so let's see what the new 2026 Silverado has in store for us. More
