This dealership and Charles bent over backwards to get me a car. My credit was not good, but they managed to put me in a brand new 2011 Ford Focus. Our experience was superb! Charles Young at the internet sales office is the best! I never thought buying a new vehicle would be so painless. I have been bragging to friends and family of how good this dealership is and how the customer service is Triple "A" in all places. Mr. Young is beyond reproach and is the Top Salesman of the DECADE. Great attitude, trustworthy, dedicated and very passionate about getting you in a car of how you want it! I call him my BIG BROTHER from ANOTHER! Always greeting you as you walk into his office or if he's walking around the dealership! It is a true blessing to move from Kansas and come here to find such great customer service and satisfaction. I went to Northside Ford because I have known Mr. Charles Young for some time. He sold me my 2009 Ford F-150 crewcab about 16 months ago when he worked for another dealership and I was extremely satisfied w Young for some time. Also when I arrived at Northside Ford I was greeted warmly by employees and was very impressed by the way vehicles are displayed and how clean the place is. I actually had to search out Charles Young. I have bought probably 10 vehicles or so off him in the last about 5 or so years. I like the fact that he is extremely cordial and does not give you the "h bought probably 10 vehicles or so off him in the last about 5 or so years. I like the fact that he is extremely cordial and does not give you the "hand off" (in other words my manager would like to talk to you routine). He also is never pushy and actually lets you decide hey do I really want this vehicle. His demeanor has never been anything but professional and he is a valuable asset to whatever dealership he works at. The whole experience at Northside was nice and I don't believe we ran into anyone that wasn't friendly or wanting to help. Now I'll see how everything goes once I'm in for any type of maintenance. A $50,000 vehicle is a big decision and I know I have a lot of faith and trust in Charles and so that great interaction brings me back to buying from him. Randy More

My wife and I have been to several dealerships throughout San Antonio, I must say...that I am very impressed with the customer service that Vivian and Charles showed us. Although, I am not a Ford guy except San Antonio, I must say...that I am very impressed with the customer service that Vivian and Charles showed us. Although, I am not a Ford guy except for the Ford Mustang (LOL); they changed my mind quickly about the Ford F150. The dealership has the best customer service that I have ever seen in any business that I have been to. God has blessed this dealership with these two sales people. And the Service Department is also a reason why I get my car serviced there. The dealership has Triple A (A+++) service in our eyes; Charles, Vivian and the Service Department should be recommended for an award for the outstanding job that they do. And can not for the finance guy that handle the paperwork for us, I am truly honored and happy with dealing with this dealership. I have already recommended several of my friends and neighbors to the dealership to speak with Charles or Vivian! God Bless and God Speed! Chales and Jason responded in an honest, direct fashion to the questions I had concerning the Ford Escape and not only pointed out, but demonstrated a number of important features that allowed me to make a better purchasing decision. I compared the Ford Escape against five other vehicles (in this category) and they directed me to a web site that allowed me to make a balanced comparison using independent data.
