Started with online searches through various sites to come up with the vehicle that we were looking for and approximate price that was fair to both the buyer and Ford. Contacted Northside Ford via their come up with the vehicle that we were looking for and approximate price that was fair to both the buyer and Ford. Contacted Northside Ford via their website and was put in contact with Charles Young. It was a very helpful process of searching for the vehicle we wanted and what they had on the lot. We are enjoying the 2010 F-250 King Ranch Crew Cab and look to many years of great service from the vehicle and Northside Ford. Thanks Charles. More

Both Charles Young and Tommy Cude were very personable and friendly. They were wonderful to work with and I enjoyed the experience. Charles Young had worked with me I spoke to him the night before I had decided to come down & look at the car. I thought he was very thorough with me He listened exactly to what I had to say. Jason spent in excess of an hour introducing us to all the features of the car and worked diligently to arrange a deal that worked within our budget. Charles was most friendly and most thorough in review the features of the car and worked diligently to arrange a deal that worked within our budget. Charles was most friendly and most thorough in reviewing the car's manuals and warranty. Charles encouraged us to contact either he or Jason Pelmear regarding future questions about our new car, regardless of the nature of the question. The Business Manager thoroughly explained the extended warranty options and directed us to an appropriate economical extended warranty. Overall, a most pleasant car buying experience! More

Well, I buy a truck the same way I buy a shirt or anything else. # 1) Show me two of the type I asked for when I arrive in (two different styles) and in three different colors. # 2) One Rul anything else. # 1) Show me two of the type I asked for when I arrive in (two different styles) and in three different colors. # 2) One Rule to The Salesman, never answer a question that I {The Customer} do not ask. Mr. Young did as I asked, and once my wife arrived at the show room, Mr. Young and I had the selection down to two trucks, (1) Blue / Gray Cloth and the other (2) White / Light Brown Leather. My wife brought our daughter, both looked at the blue one with Gray Cloth interior and said with out even getting in the truck, said NO! Next to it was the White Lariat with Leather, both of them ‘played fire drill, changing seats front and back’, smiled and said, “See you at home Dad”, and left. Mr. Young asked ‘Is there a problem?’ I said nope, we need to finish up the paper work; I don’t want to be late for dinner. I purchased the Lariat ‘we’ wanted.
