First let me apologize for the previous survey I submitted. On that they I had problems with my computer in addition I was backlogged with may emails. In my haste to get all done I answered questions incorrectly. Been dealing with Bical since it was Krystal back in 2010. Eight (8) of my family have leased with Charlie Albanese who is the kindest person I know. He's ACES to us. AGAIN SORRY FOR THE MISUNDERSTANDING.
