This has to be one of the most unassuming car dealerships I have ever dealt with. From the minute you walk in the door 15 people do not charge you looking for your business. You walk around check things out and when you are ready you find someone. That was my experience two Saturdays ago when I went into Bical and I found Charlie Albanese. My 2019 Terrain SLE which I previously leased from Bical was coming off lease and he had a fully loaded 2022 SLT terrain on the floor. The car was black. I really did not want a black car but after I looked at it and saw what it had and the price that was offered to me I would have been a fool to have passed it up. Charlie was a true gentleman, professional, friendly and very quick. I didn't think I was taking a car home that day. I walked in there and within 3 hours I was home with my new vehicle. Bical's salesman and their service department are 2nd to none. If you are looking for a Chevy a GMC a Buick or a Cadillac look no further and take a trip to Bical I think you'll be very happy and don't forget to ask for Charlie! More
