Just bring old lease &/or lease from a competitor, if applicable, your licence and licence of any other driver that will be on the insurance policy, a copy of your insurance card...they will call insurance company to add or replace car on your policy. If you are bringing a leased car in to replace, bring BOTH sets of keys and the registration. I couldn't go in to check out cars before the day I purchased so I did everything by email, texts and phone calls with my salesman, Charlile Albanese. I got all the rebates offered at the time to get the lowest price possible. I was able to get the pricing for the car with no down payment - just paying the first month payment and the DMV fees. I also got thepricing for the car paying the taxes (no down payment), first month payment and the DMV fees. I made my decision based on how much I was able to afford in my monthly budget. I used my GM Rewards towards the payment too. Charlie said he would take care of the car I was turning even though Idid not have the end-of-lease inspection done! When I got there the paperwork was ready. Charlie took me outside while they processed the insurance information and showed me the newer features in the car & set up some of them as we went through them. I left in about 45 minutes. It was a great experience. Charlie was awesome. BiCal Auto Mall's new location is so nice and has pleanty of parking; just off the Belt Parkway. More
