Charlie was a great salesman and very professional and helpful with the sale of my 2019 ford ranger. We were able to mostly everything digitally and had the truck all ready for me when I arrived.. No hassle sales. Plenty of inventory to choose from. The process takes too long but I understand. All in all a good experience and I will return for my next truck! The salesman didn’t seem to know much about the buying process. Told us on twonumbersfor monthly payments and when asked why there were two he said one included gap. Then the manager comes in with actual payments and had no reason for the original. Was promised the car would be delivered at 9:30am I called them at 10 to only be told they have no drivers until after noon. So I wasted a morning. Love the car but not the buying experience. More
